One of our exclusive nonprofit partners is seeking a permanent, full-time Social Work Supervisor for the Enhanced Family Fostser Care program to join their team ASAP in Manhattan.
Some Responsibilities include:
- Provideing leadership and supervision to Case Planners/Family Specialists and Parent Advocate.
- Approving assigned employees’ electronic time sheets, approves or disapproves PTOs and completes employee performance evaluations.
- Regularly conducting individual and group supervisory conferences to review caseload management, activity and progress.
- Participating in training and consultation sessions to develop skills in evidence-based and evidence-informed models
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Worker or Mental Health
- 2 years of experience working with children and families in child welfare
- 1 year of experience managing/supervising a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $67,000.00 per year
